AlphaSphere is the team behind OptiSigns, a cloud-based digital signage platform headquartered in the US and trusted by 13,000+ customers worldwide, powering 200,000+ screens across restaurants, hospitals, retail stores, airports, and many other environments.

OptiSigns helps businesses easily manage digital screens and the content displayed on them, including images, videos, playlists, and schedules. Our Vietnam team works closely with the US team to build, improve, and test the product. With 200,000+ screens relying on the platform, quality matters - a small issue in the web portal can affect what thousands of screens display. That’s why our QC team plays an important role in making sure the product works as expected.

About this training program

"The Next Alpha" is a 8-weeks full-time training program designed for final-year students and recent graduates who aspire to become real-world QA/QC Engineers. Trainees will work directly on AlphaSphere's production systems - OptiSigns (both software & hardware) from the very first weeks. This is a solid stepping stone toward becoming a full-time employee with a clear career development path.

Program Details

• Duration: From 05/10/2026 to 27/11/2026 (8 weeks)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
• Location: L'Mak Building, 127 Hong Ha, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze product features and business requirements to support testing activities
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Conduct manual testing, including functional and regression testing, to identify software defects
• Document and report defects clearly and accurately to the development team
• Verify and confirm defect resolution following bug fixes
• Collaborate closely with developers and the product team throughout the testing process
• Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous product quality improvement

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Logical thinking and attention to detail - you enjoy spotting things that don't quite work
• Basic understanding of software testing - no need to be an expert, we'll train you
• Proactive attitude and eager to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools to support your learning and work
• Able to commit full-time and on-site for the full 8 weeks
• Basic English communication skills
• Laptops are supported by the company if needed

Nice to have (not required):

• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL)
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
• Exposure to Web/Mobile/API testing or automation tools (Selenium, Playwright)
• Personal projects, coursework, or internship experience related to testing

• Training allowance: 5.000.000 VND/month
