About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of technology projects from planning to delivery while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a solid technical understanding, enabling them to communicate effectively with engineers, assess technical feasibility, manage stakeholders, and continuously improve how teams work through process optimization and AI-powered tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to successful delivery.

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Business teams to ensure alignment and progress.

• Bridge business and technology by understanding technical requirements, feasibility and SDLC.

• Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies and conflicts to keep projects on track.

• Apply AI tools and optimize team workflows to improve productivity and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or similar role in a technology/product company.

• 1+ year of hands-on technical experience as a Developer or similar role, or strong technical knowledge sufficient to work effectively with Engineering teams and assess technical feasibility.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and basic system architecture.

• Strong stakeholder management, project planning and problem-solving skills.

• Experience applying AI tools to workflow automation, documentation or productivity.

• Strong process optimization mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
