We are looking for a Senior Java/Golang, Angular/VueJS Developer to be part of our expanding team. Your main goal is to oversee the development of products within the FinTech and Payments processing industry.
As a Senior Developer, your responsibilities will be:
- System Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-quality software applications using Java, Golang, or Angular, VueJS.
- Take lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features.
- Review & ensure code quality by writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and enforcing development best practices.
- Optimize performance and scalability across distributed systems and complex environments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and proactively.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead & drive the team to adopt and follow Agile/Scrum practices effectively.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and long-term product/system roadmap planning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in FinTech, Payments, and modern software development practices.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Golang for backend development and/or Angular/VueJS for frontend development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- Solid experience in system design.
- Solid understanding of database programming (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.
- Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
