1. Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects.
Reporting to the Project Management Director, you will ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget, while meeting quality standards and strategic goals.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate, enforce, and ensure adherence to all project management regulations, processes, guidelines, forms, and frameworks assigned to the project.
- Set up the operating rhythm of the assigned project, aligning with the overall rhythm of the Transformation Division and ensuring appropriate frequency and objectives.
- Determine the objectives, scope, and requirements necessary for the project.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, from high-level planning to detailed execution, to achieve the set objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all project tasks, deliverables, and documentation.
- Manage all resources required to execute the project.
- Identify, assess, and collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Consolidate and provide reports monitoring key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for the assigned project.
- Enhance project performance by leveraging supporting tools and implementing best practices.

3. Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
Professional Knowledge and Experience
- Good understanding of the banking and finance industry.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile project management methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in the Finance/Banking sector.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
