**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead full\-cycle data processing and management processes: inputting, updating, and maintaining data into databases with accuracy and completeness of information;
- Ensure data quality assurance: review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any errors or inconsistencies in data;
- Perform end\-to\-end data quality validation and cleansing: identify anomalies, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure datasets meet accuracy and completeness standards before use in analysis or reporting;
- Proactively work with the Data Services Team and/or Project Manager to solve any issue or problem that might occur during the process that may impact the project;
- Work closely with teammates to assess the feasibility and possible solutions to ensure progress and quality of data delivered;
- Contribute to and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cross\-functional internal data projects.
**Requirements**
**MUST HAVE**
- 1–2 years of data operations experience; fresh graduates with strong analytics portfolios will also be considered;
- Good literacy and communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Vietnamese; Intermediate English (B2\);
- Proactiveness, detailed\-oriented, constant\-learning mindset, good time management;
- Strong interest in data and analytics projects and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies;
- Proficient in Excel formulas, data structures, and basic visualisation;
- Experience of using with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and data tools;
- Have a basic understanding of how common AI tools works, including its common applications \& limitations;
- Ability to research for other data tools as project needs;
- Academic knowledge, work exposure, or interest in Data Analytics.
**\[Nice to have]**
- Personal laptop;
- Chinese language literacy (reading and writing) as a plus for data work involving Chinese\-language sources;
- Experience with data management flow and data storage;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical fields;
- Exposure to the AI/LLM platforms;
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
