Lead Test Engineer (Market Compliance - Energy and Utilities)

The Test Lead is accountable for leading testing and quality outcomes within assigned delivery teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle and that testing provides reliable, evidence based insight into product quality and release readiness.

The role leads and develops a team of 2 to 3 Test Engineers, setting expectations, supporting performance and capability development, and promoting a collaborative culture of quality.

The Test Lead works across the delivery team to influence quality, manage testing risks, support delivery objectives and provide clear recommendations for release readiness. Quality is a shared responsibility, with the Test Lead providing testing leadership, constructive challenge and an evidence based view of quality.

The role also drives adoption of the Test Practice, promotes effective automation and modern testing approaches, and identifies opportunities to improve testing capability, efficiency and quality outcomes.
