Get to Know the Role

We are looking for Key Accounts Associate to join our Grab for Business (GFB) team in Hanoi, Vietnam.

In this role, you will focus on building a strong sales pipeline and acquiring new GFB clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will play an important role in expanding GFB's client base and presence in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.

You will report to the Head of GFB KAM, Vietnam and work onsite in Hanoi.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential Grab for Business (GFB) clients in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
• Drive new client acquisition and own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across target companies, understand their business needs, and position GFB solutions to deliver relevant value.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual acquisition, revenue, and sales targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' business requirements.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, including accurate tracking of opportunities, sales activities, conversion, and forecasts.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new segments, prospects, and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements while balancing client requirements, business objectives, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with newly acquired clients and key stakeholders to establish a solid foundation for long-term partnership before transitioning accounts to the relevant account management team.
• Leverage industry events, networking opportunities, referrals, and other prospecting channels to expand GFB's presence and client base in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business development role
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
• Experience managing main accounts
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Experience researching and generating leads
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospect
• In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market and culture
