Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (lunch break: 12:00 – 13:30)
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00 (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, etc.) to deliver the product success.
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
- Address the test needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity.
- Collaborate closely with clients, ensure effective communication, and proactively resolve issues arising during testing.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers to improve their testing skills.
- Report testing results to the Team Lead or Project Manager (PM).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience testing API, or Web, or Mobile applications.(Middle)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience testing API, or Web, or Mobile applications.(Senior)
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices with other team members.
- Proven ability to work independently while also leading testing activities within the team.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Open, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and adapt.
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies.
Good to have
- Extensive expertise in API testing, UI automation, and both web and mobile application frameworks
- Solid testing experiences (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI testing, etc.)
- Good coding skill in Python, Java, JavaScript
- Experience in CI/CD (GitlabCI, Github Action, Git, JenKins, etc.) is a plus
- Able to decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows
- Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks
