- Creative Production: Manage and coordinate creative production for major tournaments and offline events, including VI, KV, trailers, photoshoots, reality content, stage promotions, MOTW, and recap materials; ensure quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
- Event & BTL Execution: Plan and execute offline events and BTL activities such as fan meetings, watch parties, Super Week, and Grand Final; handle event logistics, vendor coordination, on-site management, and merchandise execution.
- IMC Planning & Reporting: Support overall IMC planning in line with marketing objectives; coordinate execution across channels and prepare post-campaign reports under the Marketing Lead’s guidance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, design, video editing, legal, purchasing, development, etc.) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- At least 4 years of experience in creative planning and production for marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand standards.
- Creative production experience with a proven track record of crafting compelling stories, experience in Gaming/sports content or Esports content is an advantage (key contents such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...).
- Super passionate about Gaming/MOBA. Being an esports enthusiast is a strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
- Language: Fluent in English (must-have) and Chinese is a plus.
