**Project description**
A cloud\-based AI platform helping Swiss fiduciary firms automate bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance workflows, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and data privacy.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain secure Azure infrastructure for production workloads.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Support the deployment and operation of AI/ML and LLM workloads.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and observability.
- Automate infrastructure and operations using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
**Requirements**
- 5\+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially AKS and Azure networking.
- Experience with AI/ML, LLM, or AI\-powered applications in cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep)
- Hands\-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Strong scripting skills with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Good English communication skills.

- Experience with GitOps, FinOps, or SRE practices.
- Azure or DevOps\-related certifications.
- Familiarity with Swiss / EU data privacy requirements.
