- Study new regulations/ clients’ manual and have proper update/ training to all relevant teams/ Nghiên cứu các luật cập nhật mới /sổ tay khách hàng mới và cập nhật/ đào tạo cho tất cả các nhóm liên quan

- Responsible for new projects (new clients, new protocols, etc.)/ Chịu trách nhiệm về các dự án mới (khách hàng mới, quy định mới của khách hàng….)

- Provide technical advice and review reports for Report team (If need)/ Cung cấp tư vấn kỹ thuật và báo cáo đánh giá cho nhóm Báo cáo (nếu cần)

- Support Sales to explain technical matters to clients/ Hỗ trợ bộ phận bán hàng để giải thích các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho khách hàng.

- Coordinate with other teams or related parties to investigate complaints/ claims, suggest solution for management’s approval, reply to clients and have proper actions to improve the situation/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác hoặc các bên liên quan để điều tra khiếu nại/khiếu nại, đề xuất giải pháp để cấp quản lý phê duyệt, trả lời khách hàng và có hành động phù hợp để cải thiện tình hình

- Communicate with relevant parties to clarify test requests, test program/ Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để làm rõ các yêu cầu kiểm tra, chương trình kiểm tra

- Receive samples, assign tests for sample according to client’s request/ Nhận mẫu, phân công kiểm tra mẫu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

- Log in, log out sample on LIMS system as well as related files/ Đăng nhập, đăng xuất mẫu trên hệ thống LIMS cũng như các file liên quan

- Other assignments upon getting request from Manager/ Các công việc khác khi nhận được yêu cầu từ Quản lí

- Overall management and accountability on the performance of the TA team. / Quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm chung về hiệu quả hoạt động của nhóm TA.

- Assign jobs to subordinate staff, train/ coach them and supervise/ review their performance. / Phân công công việc cho nhân viên cấp dưới, đào tạo/huấn luyện họ và giám sát/đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của họ.

- Support for supervisor follow for quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, quality database update, etc.). / Hỗ trợ giám sát theo dõi hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (SOP, biểu mẫu, hướng dẫn, cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu chất lượng, v.v.)

• Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry/ Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành Hóa học
• At least 3 - 5-year experience in job related to garment, textile, footwear, toy, or testing service/ Có ít nhất 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến may mặc, dệt may, giày dép, đồ chơi hoặc dịch vụ thử nghiệm
• English (Reading & Writing)/ Tiếng anh (Đọc & Viết)
• MS Office/ Vi tính văn phòng
• Communication skill/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp
