We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing software development or IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate with development, QA, design, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in agile environments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
- Oversee technical documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud services, or relevant technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with specific technologies relevant to our industry (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker).
- Knowledge of software architecture and system design.
