• Lead and manage the testing and validation function across hardware, firmware, and software domains
• Act as Lead for Firmware, Hardware, and Software Test Engineers at Vietnam, ensuring alignment, performance, and delivery quality
• Ensure end-to-end product quality, stability, and performance through structured validation strategies and team execution
• Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and automation across all validation areas
