Technical Project Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Management to drive end-to-end delivery within our product squads. Reporting to the Technical Program Manager, you will be the delivery engine on the ground — owning sprint execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring engineering and product teams ship with velocity and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery across one or more squads: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers — escalating to the TPM when needed
• Maintain delivery artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and milestone trackers
• Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to align scope, timeline, and capacity
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery metrics (cycle time, velocity, defect rate)
• Support the TPM in program-level planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder reporting
