Event Management Interns

Requirements

• A final-year or senior student in Business, Marketing, Economics, Events, Tourism or a related field.

• Good spoken and written English. You’ll write to international partners and speak with international guests.

• Organized and proactive. You finish what you start, and you ask when you’re unsure.

• Comfortable talking to people, and happy to help on the ground as well as at a desk.

• Careful with confidential information.

• Available 4 days a week for 4-5 months from December 2026.

Responsibilities

You’ll work as part of a team, sharing event responsibilities, and focus on one of two areas:

Event & Marketing

• Help plan and run DevDay, from early campaigns to event day and wrap-up.

• Email speakers, sponsors and partners in English, and follow up to confirm their participation.

• Support marketing campaigns, create social media content, and maintain the partner list.

• Coordinate printing, merchandise and on-site production with vendors.

• Work on the ground at the event: registration, stage, speakers and guests.

Event & Office Operations

• Help manage daily office operations: welcoming visitors, preparing meetings, handling mail and supplies, and onboarding new colleagues.

• Research vendors, compare quotes and recommend the best option.

• Help organize internal events and team activities, from initial concept to clean-up.

• Support DevDay logistics: materials, packing, venue setup and event-day operations.

• Keep office processes and trackers up to date.
