Job Description

•Design and develop scalable solutions with end-to-end integration across multiple systems and services.

•Build high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, mission-critical applications.

•Write clean, maintainable, robust, and well-tested code.

•Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality test coverage.

•Drive continuous improvements in software delivery, engineering practices, and development tools.

•Adopt AI-assisted software development practices and leverage the latest engineering tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

•Experience in software development; experience in the finance, payments, or banking industry is an advantage.

•Strong proficiency in Java and at least one other programming language.

•Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.

•Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, JUnit, web services, and application development.

•Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

•Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English to collaborate effectively with local and international teams.

•Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
