**About The Role**

As a Senior Technical Talent Sourcer on Ampere's Global Talent Sourcing team, you will own sourcing strategy and execution for some of the hardest technical searches in the industry, spanning Software, Firmware, AI Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Architecture, and Manufacturing. This is a role for a sourcer who drives: you will partner directly with hiring managers and recruiters, calibrate searches through your own conversations, build your own search strategies, and deliver qualified talent that converts to hires. You will work with modern talent intelligence tooling and a team that treats sourcing as a strategic function.

This role is ideal for a sourcing specialist who came up through recruiting, someone who spent time in full\-cycle recruiting, then deliberately moved into sourcing because the hunt, the calibration, and the craft of finding rare talent is where they thrive.

**What You’ll Achieve**

• Own end\-to\-end sourcing on assigned reqs: intake, calibration, search strategy, outreach, screening, and submittal through offer.
• Run your own calibration conversations with hiring managers, translating technical requirements into precise search strategies and adjusting quickly on feedback.
• Build creative, precision searches using Boolean, market mapping, and talent intelligence platforms as one combined methodology.
• Own the top of the hiring funnel: build high\-quality candidate slates for critical searches, drive pipeline health from first touch through offer, and use conversion data to continuously sharpen search quality and candidate experience.
• Bring market intelligence to the table unprompted: talent pool insights, competitor movements, and calibration recommendations that shape searches before being asked.
• Partner with recruiters across the US, India, and Vietnam as a proactive collaborator, and contribute to the team's shared playbooks and knowledge base.

**About You**

• Bachelors or Masters degree with 8\+ years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated depth in technical sourcing for semiconductor, AI/ML software, or adjacent deep\-tech domains.
• A recruiting foundation (2\+ years in full\-cycle technical recruiting) before specializing in sourcing is a strong plus, we value sourcers who understand the whole hiring picture.
• A track record of sourced candidates converting to hires on hard\-to\-fill technical roles, you can speak to specific searches you owned and closed.
• Experience running hiring manager calibration conversations independently and redirecting searches based on technical feedback.
• Strong command of Boolean and precision search craft, plus fluency with modern sourcing and talent intelligence platforms.
• Extensive experience with ATS and CRM platforms with disciplined pipeline tracking and data hygiene.
• Comfort engaging senior passive talent with credible, technically fluent outreach.
• A driver's mindset: you take ownership of outcomes, push searches forward without waiting for direction, and influence recruiters and hiring managers through insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global, distributed teams.
