Thiết kế và xây dựng hệ thống AI Agent tự động (Single & Multi-Agent) cho BĐS
Tích hợp LLM với CSDL nội bộ, API ngoài để trích xuất dữ liệu thời gian thực
Xây dựng, tối ưu pipeline RAG để xử lý, phân loại và bóc tách tài liệu phức tạp
Triển khai hệ thống Agent lên Production, tối ưu chi phí token và độ trễ

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers to enhance our product team. This position focuses on developing and implementing AI and data solutions within the real estate domain.
Develop Agentic Workflows: Design and build autonomous AI Agents (Single & Multi-Agent systems) capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex chains of tasks to solve real-world business problems.
Tool Calling & API Orchestration: Integrate LLMs with internal databases, external APIs, and peripheral systems, empowering agents to dynamically retrieve, interact with, and update data in real time.
Build & Optimize RAG Pipelines: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to process, classify, and extract critical information from massive volumes of documents (e.g., legal contracts, project details, urban planning data).
State & Memory Management: Architect memory components (short-term and long-term context) to ensure seamless continuity in multi-step workflows and multi-turn user conversations.
LLMOps & Deployment: Deploy Agent systems to Production environments. Establish robust evaluation metrics, implement hallucination mitigation strategies, and optimize for system latency and token cost efficiency.
Software Engineering: Apply Software Engineering (SE) best practices and leverage AI-powered coding agents to accelerate software development, code generation, refactoring, testing, and debugging while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software/ML engineering.
Deep expertise with modern Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Familiar with database systems as SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic, BigQuery...).
Strong command of Prompt Engineering techniques (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought) and Function/Tool Calling mechanisms of top-tier LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
Experience deploying services on Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP preferred) using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. .
Proficient in Python and its ecosystem. Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and LLM APIs. Familiarity with data processing (Pandas) is a plus.
Experience in PropTech, FinTech, AdTech platforms or data-driven products.
Knowledge of real estate, finance, investment, or online user behavior.
Logical thinking, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and not afraid to experiment.
