We are seeking a Solution Architect to act as the technical authority, system integrator, and engineering leader across complex, large-scale Enterprise SaaS platforms serving a strategic customer. This role suits architects with deep experience in regulated, high-complexity domains such as FinTech, HealthTech, Smart Manufacturing, ERP, or Compliance-driven platforms, with HRTech/Payroll as a strong advantage.
You will:
Own end-to-end architecture decisions
Raise engineering and delivery maturity across multiple project teams
Be the final technical decision-maker
Actively engage in pre-sales, bidding, and customer technical strategy
Lead the evolution toward AI-enabled, compliant, and adaptive Payroll systems
You connect technology trends with real business value, are the person engineers trust, teams follow, and customers respect.
