Key Contributions
Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents to solve complex business problems.
Research, experiment with, and develop AI solutions from scratch, turning ideas and prototypes into practical, production-ready applications.
Integrate AI models, agents, and AI-powered capabilities into existing systems, backend services, and business workflows.
Take ownership of the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from research and architecture design to implementation, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
Build scalable and reliable AI services, optimizing system performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
Explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks to identify new opportunities and improve existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.
Must have:
6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend development and system design skills.
Proven experience building AI agents and developing AI solutionsfrom scratch, with the ability to independently research, prototype, and implement solutions beyond basic LLM API integration.
Experience integrating AI models, agents, or AI services into existing applications and production systems.
Solid understanding of LLMs, AI agent architectures, and related technologies.
Working knowledge of Java and the ability to understand or contribute to Java-based codebases.
Experience building and deploying production-grade APIs, microservices, or AI applications.
Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and willingness to explore new AI technologies.
Nice to have:
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar tools.
Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, or open-source AI models.Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
Experience with other programming languages and AI coding assistants.
