**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Process and Operational Efficiency Management**

• Organize the review, update, and standardization of operational processes; coordinate with relevant departments/functions to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
• Monitor operational efficiency across units within the Division; identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to improve processes and operating models.
• Organize workforce productivity measurement and develop tools for performance management and operational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance to units within the Division on developing SLAs, service quality indicators, and measurement methodologies.

**Operational Risk and Compliance Monitoring**

• Organize and monitor compliance with processes, regulations, and operational risk controls across all activities of units within the Division.
• Coordinate with relevant units to address operational errors and incidents, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and applicable laws.
• Organize periodic compliance assessments and propose preventive measures to mitigate operational risks.

**Operational Cost Management**

• Monitor, analyze, and control operating expenses of the Division; propose cost optimization solutions.
• Participate in developing the annual operational budget and monitor execution against the approved budget.

**Operational Transformation Projects**

• Participate in developing and implementing operational transformation programs, including digitalization, automation, and technology adoption to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, coordinate, and report on the progress of projects related to operations governance.

**People Management**

• Manage, assign tasks, supervise, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding employees within the scope of authority.
• Provide training and professional guidance to employees.
• Participate in recruitment activities and team building within the assigned scope of responsibility and authority.
• Foster a professional, efficient, and collaborative working environment.

**Other duties**

• Perform other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Quality Management, or other equivalent majors within the field of Economics.
• **English:**

Level 2 – TOEFL 46–78 | IELTS 4.5–6.0 | TOEIC 605–780 or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Experience**

• At least

**8 years of professional experience**

in the Finance & Banking sector, specifically in Operations.

• At least

**3 years of management experience**

in Banking Operations.

• Candidates with experience in

**operations governance, operational data and parameter management**

are preferred.

**Knowledge**

• Strong understanding of banking organizational structures.
• Strong knowledge of advanced operational management and project management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes and activities; solid understanding of quality management, risk management, and financial management.
• Good understanding of banking policies, regulations, laws, and related fields.
