• Fresh graduates from university or with less than 1 year of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Nice-to-have if you have a proven portfolio turning ideas into reliable, production-ready products.
• Good product and UI/UX sense, with a focus on simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Fast learner who embraces new tools, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Communicates clearly and works effectively in an asynchronous, small-team environment.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mindset and a bias toward getting things done.
