Job Summary:

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, managing, and delivering product features for VinDynamics’ robotics and AI systems. You will act as the bridge between R&D, Deployment, Sales, and Customers, ensuring that products are designed to solve real-world problems and can be successfully deployed in production environments. This role is ideal for candidates with experience deploying robotics, AI systems, or large-scale software platforms into real operational environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Definition

• Define product features and roadmap based on market and customer needs

• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for robotics and AI systems

• Define system workflows, use cases, and functional requirements

Product Development Management

• Work closely with AI, robotics, software, and hardware teams

• Manage product backlog and release planning

• Ensure features are production-ready before deployment

Deployment Alignment

• Collaborate with deployment and integration teams for field implementation

• Support site testing, system commissioning, and rollout

• Collect field feedback and drive product iteration

Quality & Reliability

• Define quality standards before product release

• Work with QA teams to ensure system stability and reliability

• Improve product performance based on real-world deployment feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant education and experience

• 5+ years of experience in robotics, AI systems, or enterprise software

• Experience working as Product Owner, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or System Engineer

• Experience working with international customers or deployment projects

• Basic understanding of AI systems, automation systems, or intelligent agents

• Familiar with product lifecycle: requirement → development → deployment → operation

• Having experience in design flow chart and basic understanding of cross-functional chart

• Ability to write clear and structured product requirement

• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of robotics systems (hardware + software integration)

• Experience deploying robotics or AI systems into real-world production
