- Solid understanding of modern QC practices, including Shift-Left testing and Risk-Based Testing to identify defects early in the lifecycle;
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments with seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality delivery;
- Hands-on good in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from scratch for Web, API, and Mobile platforms;
- Experience design patterns, such as Page Object Model (POM) and Screen Object, to ensure code maintainability and reusability;
- Proficient in UI automation using Selenium & Appium. Experienced in executing tests across Android/iOS platforms and leveraging Device Farms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) for cross-device compatibility;
- Extensive experience in API contract and functional testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent libraries to validate backend reliability;
- Detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving flaky tests, ensuring high confidence in automated test suites.
- 4+ years of experience in information technology/software development with a proven ability to ensure high quality results and with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies, and best practices;
- Good knowledge of software testing concepts, test case design, and defect management;
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Selenium;
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar);
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering techniques and AI-assisted tools for software testing;
- Good understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI-integrated mobile testing solutions;
- Good understanding of mobile testing and automation using Appium libraries;
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
