- Lead and coordinate end-to-end team workflows, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals;
- Manage and optimize shared team operations, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks in existing processes;
- Own the full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiating, reviewing, tracking execution, and maintaining a structured contract repository;
- Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the team;
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track operational performance, project milestones, and key metrics for leadership review;
- Act as the central coordination point between departments, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely escalation of issues;
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional syncs; manage and follow up on post-meeting action items;
- Identify gaps in current workflows and lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and increase team productivity;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related administrative role, preferably in a tech or gaming environment;
- Proven hands-on experience in building and implementing operational processes and SOPs;
- Solid understanding of contract management, legal document handling, and basic compliance principles;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proficient in Chinese with confident speaking, writing, and reviewing of business documents and contracts; proficiency in English is a plus;
- Proficient in work productivity and collaboration tools;
- Familiarity with AI and AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) and their application in process optimization and productivity enhancement is a plus.
