Creator Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage potential creators across relevant platforms and communities.
- Research, collect, and regularly update creator profiles and contact information.
- Build and maintain a structured creator database to support acquisition initiatives and pipeline management.
Creator Outreach and Onboarding
- Proactively connect with potential creators via email, phone, and other relevant communication channels.
- Introduce the platform’s value proposition and provide clear, timely responses to creator inquiries.
- Guide creators through the account registration, setup, activation, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor the performance of acquisition channels and outreach activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize engagement approaches.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues arising throughout the creator onboarding journey and ensure a smooth experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track acquisition progress and maintain accurate records of creator outreach and onboarding activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for the direct manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in partnership management, creator acquisition, talent management, communications, or a related area is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, the creator ecosystem, and emerging content trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with data management or CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, accountability, and strong collaboration skills.
