**Job Overview**
We are looking for a
**Solution Architect**
to design, evaluate, and optimize large\-scale systems that handle complex, real\-time services such as ride\-hailing, trip matching, pricing, and other high\-availability, highly scalable workloads.
The role will define and standardize architecture across multiple applications and markets, while working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Dev and DevOps teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, observable, and aligned with the long\-term direction toward a Super App ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and optimize system architecture for complex, real\-time, high\-concurrency applications with strong scalability, availability, and fault\-tolerance requirements.
- Define and standardize
**SOA / Microservices architecture**
across multiple applications, tenants, and regions.
- Re\-engineer existing systems to improve scalability, performance, availability, resilience, and end\-user response time.
- Ensure strong observability, tracing, monitoring, performance tuning, and production reliability.
- Establish technical standards and guide Dev and DevOps teams to implement architecture consistently following engineering best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to define architecture, technical solutions, and technology choices.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions across application architecture, business flows, DevSecOps, integration, observability, data, and non\-functional requirements.
- Contribute to long\-term architecture evolution toward a scalable
**Super App**
platform.
**Requirements**
**3 years of backend development experience**
and
**2 years of system architecture experience**
.
- Strong knowledge of modern backend languages and frameworks such as Java/Spring, Scala, Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, Erlang/OTP, Spark, Flink, or Beam.
- Strong understanding of
**SOA, Microservices, system integration, and DevSecOps**
.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth2, messaging, batch and stream processing, concurrency, and common design patterns.
- Hands\-on experience with
**Kubernetes, Docker, AWS and/or GCP**
, including services such as EKS, GKE, ECS, Cloud Run, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience designing data models and optimizing databases, caching, and messaging systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience designing
**multi\-tenant systems and/or multi\-region deployments**
.
- Good understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
- Strong system thinking, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Mobility, Payments, Logistics, or Super App**
environments.
- AWS/GCP Architect or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
