**About the Role**
VSF Algorithm Research \& Development Team is looking for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to build and operate production\-grade ML systems for GSM’s ride\-hailing platform.
The role owns the end\-to\-end ML lifecycle, from feature engineering and model training to deployment, monitoring, automated retraining and continuous improvement, using large\-scale historical and real\-time ride\-hailing data.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain end\-to\-end ML pipelines covering feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring and automated retraining.
- Design and operate Feature Store and model lifecycle management capabilities.
- Productionize ML/DS models and ensure scalability, reliability and performance in real\-world environments.
- Build MLOps and CI/CD workflows for continuous model development and deployment.
- Develop batch and real\-time data pipelines using Kafka, Airflow, Flink/CDC and related technologies.
- Process and analyze large\-scale ride\-hailing datasets to support forecasting, pricing, demand\-supply optimization and other core mobility use cases.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Algorithm Researchers, Product and Engineering teams to bring models from research into production.
**Requirements**
- Strong Python and SQL skills with solid experience processing large\-scale datasets.
- Strong hands\-on experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
- Experience with ML lifecycle/MLOps technologies such as MLflow, Feature Store, CI/CD and automated model retraining.
- Experience with Kafka, Airflow and real\-time/batch data processing.
- Experience with BigQuery, ClickHouse, Apache Doris or similar large\-scale analytical databases.
- Strong understanding of Pandas/DataFrames and parallel processing including multiprocessing, multithreading and asynchronous programming.
- Solid foundation in Machine Learning, statistics and model evaluation.
- Experience with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Flink, CDC pipelines and distributed data processing.
- Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and Scikit\-learn.
- Experience building ML systems for ride\-hailing, mobility, logistics, fintech or other large\-scale consumer platforms.
- MSc/PhD or research experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related fields is a plus.
