**Product Owner – Driver App**

**Job overview**
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the Driver App experience, covering the end\-to\-end driver journey from onboarding and online activities to trip execution, earnings, incentives, support, and driver engagement.
Role Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of the Driver App product area, working closely with Driver Operations, Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross\-functional teams to improve driver experience and operational efficiency. You will translate driver and business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and drive features from discovery through delivery and optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the Driver App product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on driver needs, business impact, operational priorities, and data.
- Understand the end\-to\-end driver journey, including onboarding, online/shift management, trip receiving and execution, navigation, earnings, incentives, performance, support, and retention.
- Work closely with Driver Operations and business teams to identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product flows; ensure requirements are clear and actionable for Engineering and Design teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, QA, and Operations to deliver features on time and ensure product quality through testing, release, and post\-launch monitoring.
- Define and monitor key product metrics such as driver activation, online time, trips per hour, acceptance/cancellation, earnings, feature adoption, and driver satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- Technical understanding: familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process.
- Strong experience in developing and executing product roadmaps from ideation to execution plan, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), including managing timelines and project milestones.
- Adaptable in fast\-paced environments, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a customer\-first mindset.
- Strong business sense, attention to detail, and user experience design expertise.
- High ownership, proactive problem\-solving, and a results\-driven approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross\-functional teams.
**Preferred Skills**
- Technical background is a plus.
- Familiarity with ride\-hailing, logistics, e\-commerce, food delivery, loyalty, CRM, Internal Tools (Ops, CS, Finance, Fraud, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt in a fast\-changing environment.
- 4\+ years of experience in consumer\-facing product management, including data analysis and user research.
