**Job overview**
We are looking for a
**Head of Product – Fraud \& Risk Control**
to lead the strategy, product vision, and execution of our end\-to\-end Fraud \& Risk Control platform.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Product – Fraud \& Risk Control, you will own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end\-to\-end delivery of the fraud and risk control platform for the Rider ecosystem. You will lead scalable capabilities across fraud detection, risk assessment, investigation, decisioning, enforcement, and continuous learning, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data/AI, Risk, Operations, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Fraud \& Risk Control across the Rider ecosystem.
- Build and evolve the end\-to\-end fraud platform covering Feature \& Signal Layer, Pattern/Detection Engine, Risk Profile, Ticket \& Investigation, Decision \& Enforcement, and Pattern Feedback.
- Define fraud taxonomy and prioritize fraud use cases across Drivers, Customers, Merchants, Devices, Payments, Trips, and other relevant entities based on fraud loss, risk, and business impact.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop and deploy rules, ML models, graph\-based detection, and AI\-powered fraud capabilities; define model and pattern evaluation and lifecycle management.
- Design risk\-based investigation and human\-in\-the\-loop workflows, including ticket generation, verification queues, manual review, escalation, and auditability.
- Own decisioning and enforcement capabilities, balancing automated actions with manual review to minimize fraud loss while protecting legitimate driver and customer experience.
- Establish Pattern Feedback mechanisms to measure precision, recall, false\-positive rates, and other performance indicators, and continuously improve, tune, promote, or retire fraud patterns.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, fraud loss, detection performance, automation rate, investigation SLA, enforcement accuracy, and false\-positive impact; use insights to drive optimization.
- Lead cross\-functional teams and align Product, Engineering, Data/AI, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery.
- Build and lead the Fraud Product team, setting priorities, OKRs, product standards, and developing product talent.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- Technical understanding: familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process.
- Strong experience in developing and executing product roadmaps from ideation to execution plan, including managing timelines and project milestones.
- Adaptable in fast\-paced environments, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a customer\-first mindset.
- Strong business sense, attention to detail, and user experience design expertise.
- High ownership, proactive problem\-solving, and a results\-driven approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross\-functional teams.
**Preferred Skills**
- Technical background is a plus.
- Familiarity with ride\-hailing, logistics, e\-commerce, food delivery, loyalty, CRM, Internal Tools (Ops, CS, Finance, Fraud, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt in a fast\-changing environment.
- 6\+ years of experience in consumer\-facing product management, including data analysis and user research.
