**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, design, and develop scalable algorithms for large\-scale ride\-hailing systems.
- Transform business challenges into mathematical, statistical, or machine learning solutions.
- Build production\-ready AI and optimization models with measurable business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
- Optimize algorithm performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design experiments and evaluate algorithm effectiveness using appropriate metrics.
- Continuously improve models based on real\-world operational data.
- Contribute to the evolution of GSM's core algorithm platform.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical problem\-solving abilities.
- Solid programming skills, particularly in Python.
