Job Description Project Coordination
- Support Project Managers in coordinating game publishing and operations projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Prepare meeting notes, summarize key discussions, and track action items through to completion.
Partner Communication
- Assist in daily communication with Chinese game developers and publishing partners.
- Support information alignment between partners and internal teams.
- Clearly communicate project updates, requirements, feedback, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.
Translation & Documentation
- Translate project-related documents, emails, reports, and meeting materials between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings when required.
- Organize and maintain project documentation in a structured manner.
Research & Analysis
- Actively experience game content and develop an understanding of product features, updates, and player feedback.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Language
- Third- or final-year student majoring in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, International Business, or a related field.
- HSK 6
- Good verbal and written Chinese communication skills.
