Project Management Executive (Chinese Speaking), VNGGames

Build, maintain, and develop strong, long-term relationships with game publishing partners. Communicate and collaborate directly with Chinese partners, including leading and facilitating meetings. Develop a strong understanding of the game, product features, and operational processes to ensure accurate, clear, and consistent communication between partners and internal teams. Coordinate with relevant internal teams to consolidate, verify, and align information before communicating with partners. Maintain regular communication with partners via chat, email, and calls; provide document translation and meeting interpretation support when needed. Track, coordinate, and drive progress across partners and internal teams to ensure deliverables and action items stay on schedule. Consolidate, translate, and deliver periodic business performance reports to partners. Proactively stay up to date with new game versions, content, and features.

Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or a related field; HSK Level 6 or above, with strong Chinese communication skills and the ability to use Chinese effectively in a professional environment. Basic working proficiency in English. Confident and proactive in communication and presentations, with the ability to communicate and work directly with external partners. Strong communication, coordination, and task management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proactive, eager to learn and grow, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment. Passionate about gaming with hands-on gaming experience; familiarity with shooter games (FPS/TPS) is a plus. Experience in project management, game publishing/operations, or working directly with Chinese partners is preferred.
