The
**Principal Product Lead (Strategy,GTM), Security product**
is responsible for defining product direction, prioritization, and maximizing the business value of AI Security and AI SOC products. This role serves as the bridge between customer needs, security operations, and product development teams, ensuring the team builds the right solutions, at the right priority, with measurable outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Own end\-to\-end Product Strategy for AI Security and AI SOC solutions; define and drive product vision, roadmap, go\-to\-market strategy, and growth initiatives, transforming market opportunities into scalable products and measurable business outcomes.
- Gather, analyze, and translate requirements from customers and internal stakeholders across SOC, SecOps, AppSec, Risk Management, and Compliance into clear product requirements.
- Own, refine, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, risk impact, user needs, and implementation feasibility.
- Define feature scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Collaborate closely with Security SMEs, Solution Architects, AI Leads, Development Leads, and UX/UI teams to design effective solutions.
- Manage dependencies across Product, AI, Engineering, Security, and other cross\-functional teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, feature acceptance, and release readiness decisions.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, AI quality metrics, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage stakeholders, align expectations, and clearly communicate product objectives, scope, priorities, and progress.
- Continuously improve products based on usage analytics, customer feedback, and evolving cybersecurity market trends.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- 10\+ years of experience as a Product Strategy, Product Growth, Product Owner, Product Manager or a related role.
- Proven experience building B2B, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Data Platform, or similar technology products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business problems, identify user needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and the product lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross\-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, Data, and Security.
- Data\-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure product success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and international stakeholders.
**Preferred Knowledge \& Experience**
- Knowledge and/or hands\-on experience in one or more of the following domains: SOC, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, CTEM, ASM, AppSec, SecOps, Incident Response, or Risk Management.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, MLOps, and AI\-enabled products.
- Experience building Security Products, AI Products, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Familiarity with AI governance and security requirements, including data protection, explainability, auditability, and human\-in\-the\-loop controls.
