VinSOC is looking for a senior AI leader to drive the research, development, and real\-world application of LLMs, Agentic AI, and advanced machine learning for cybersecurity products.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine strong research depth, hands\-on AI productization capability, and team leadership experience to turn advanced AI into scalable, production\-ready solutions.
We are opening this position in Hanoi \& HCMC.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including chatbots, AI assistants, Copilots, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text\-to\-Query, and AI Agents.
- Develop AI models for classification, scoring, data analysis, anomaly detection, and behavioral pattern recognition.
- Build knowledge management and long\-term memory systems for LLMs to enable contextual information storage, retrieval, and reuse.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, and operational cost.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum
**5 years**
of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Science, or related domains.
- Proven experience delivering and deploying at least one AI product or production\-grade AI system.
- Hands\-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- LLMs, Chatbots, AI Copilots, RAG, Text\-to\-SQL/Text\-to\-Query, or AI Agents.
- Classification, anomaly detection, time\-series analysis, or behavioral analytics.
- Semantic search, knowledge graphs, knowledge management, or LLM memory systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as
**PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, scikit\-learn**
, or equivalent.
- Experience working with vector databases, databases, APIs, and large\-scale data processing systems.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade\-offs and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience building enterprise AI products or mission\-critical AI systems requiring high accuracy, security, and traceability.
- Experience with
**MLOps, LLMOps, model monitoring**
, or deploying AI models in on\-premises environments.
- Experience developing shared AI platforms or reusable AI capabilities that support multiple products.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to read technical documentation and collaborate effectively in English.
