Manage and monitor the day-to-day operation of the Core Banking system to ensure stable and continuous 24/7 service availability.
Perform system parameter administration and daily Batch/Job execution.
Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD) processing and resolve issues arising during the day-end closing process.
Coordinate with Business Centers to follow up and ensure transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Develop, maintain, and conduct regular drills for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) scenarios to ensure effective response to system incidents and disasters.
2. System Configuration, Access Management & Incident Resolution
Configure and maintain Core Banking system parameters in accordance with business and operational requirements.
Manage user roles and access rights based on the established access control matrix and authorization policies.
Receive, analyze, and resolve Level 2 (L2) technical support requests related to system errors, data discrepancies, interest rates, and Core Banking transactions.
Investigate system incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant technical and business teams to implement appropriate solutions.
Support issue resolution arising from system upgrades, configuration changes, and system integration activities.
Ensure incidents and support requests are handled within committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Technical Support, Training & System Enhancement
Develop operational manuals, guidelines, and knowledge materials for Core Banking operations.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 (L1) support teams to enhance their ability to handle operational issues.
Provide in-depth Level 2 technical support for complex incidents and business requests.
Research and evaluate existing and new Core Banking system features to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to analyze business requirements for new features and system enhancements.
Participate in system upgrade, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and post-implementation validation.

1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other IT-related disciplines.
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Banking with relevant IT application training/certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Core Banking operations, banking IT systems, application support, or a related field.
Experience in a banking or financial institution environment is preferred.
2. Professional Knowledge
Good understanding of commercial banking organization, operations, and business processes.
Strong understanding of Core Banking operations and related banking products and transactions.
Knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and requirements issued by relevant regulatory authorities applicable to banking operations.
Understanding of banking IT systems and application operations.
Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as PL/SQL, C#, Java, or equivalent technologies.
Understanding of system integration, Batch/Job processing, EOD processing, and incident management is an advantage.
Knowledge of BCP/DRP and IT service continuity is an advantage.
