Partner closely with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand business objectives, workforce planning, organizational structure, and people challenges.
Act as a trusted HR advisor by providing recommendations on organization design, headcount planning, market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
Challenge hiring requests and job requirements to ensure alignment with business priorities and talent market realities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding experience, retention, and workforce planning.
Analyze recruitment and workforce metrics to identify hiring trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Support and influence people-related decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring priorities, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, agencies, and direct sourcing.
Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, reference checks, and manage a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment performance, maintain recruitment data, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or similar HR roles.
Proven experience partnering directly with Mid-to-Senior Leaders to support workforce planning and business growth.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including handling niche, strategic, and volume hiring simultaneously.
Ability to advise Hiring Managers on market salary benchmarks, talent availability, organizational structure, and hiring strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in challenging business assumptions and providing data-driven recommendations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the technology, digital, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
