About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to establish and lead Akkuro’s solution engineering presence in Vietnam while supporting our strategic growth across Southeast Asia.
Akkuro is Topicus's flagship composable banking platform, bringing together solutions across the entire financial lifecycle. As our first Solutions Engineer in Vietnam, you will join the team responsible for Akkuro’s international growth, working closely with regional leadership and bank executives. You will bridge strategic priorities with practical technology - combining banking expertise, technical depth, and local market insight to turn complex challenges into credible solution architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Akkuro’s solution engineering presence and market approach in Vietnam.
- Lead discovery engagements with banks to understand business priorities, operating models, and technology constraints.
- Design end-to-end architectures and integration approaches using Akkuro's composable platform and APIs.
- Position Akkuro’s core propositions (digital lending, savings/CASA, collections, digital wealth, and AI document processing).
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, solution workshops, and proofs of concept (PoCs) for prospective enterprise customers.
- Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, architectural proposals, and partner enablement.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams across Southeast Asia.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Presales Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
- Proven track record working directly with banks, digital banks, or regulated financial institutions.
- Strong domain knowledge in at least two areas: lending, savings, payments, collections, onboarding, or wealth management.
- Hands-on experience designing API-first enterprise architectures, cloud-native platforms, and core banking integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery sessions and translate complex business needs into solution architectures.
- Experience delivering solution demonstrations, technical proposals, and responding to enterprise RFPs/RFIs.
- Confident engaging senior bank stakeholders and defending technical decisions.
- Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and international teams.
