Minimum 8 years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years' experience leading infrastructure, operations or technical teams, including responsibility for service delivery, operational performance and people leadership.
Extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity within a complex technology environment.
Demonstrated experience managing AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including security, governance and modern workplace technologies.
Experience administering Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence and associated platform integrations.
Proven experience developing and implementing security policies, governance frameworks, risk management processes and operational controls.
Hands-on experience leading ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II compliance activities, audits and continual security improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles including threat management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, security operations and incident response.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology vendors, contracts and service providers.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and technology investment decisions.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience.

Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting and DevOps practices.
