Apply for this jobIntroduction
Techvify Corporation is an AI-Powered Enterprise Engineering Partner.
At Techvify, we don’t just build software.
We engineer breakthroughs.
We innovate with AI, craft with code, and scale with cloud.
We partner with startups, enterprises, and even competitors on a shared mission:
To turn bold ideas into real-world impact.
If you’re looking to lead digital transformation through intelligent software, we’re ready to build with you.
Let’s create the future – together.
Responsibilities
A. Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Lead requirement elicitation directly with clients (Product Owners, Business Users, C-level stakeholders) through interviews, workshops, and use-case modelling.
- Transform business needs into structured artefacts: user stories with acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams (BPMN), data models, and process maps.
- Define and maintain the Product Backlog; ensure requirements are clear, prioritised, traceable, and aligned with business outcomes — not just feature lists.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessment; recommend solution options with trade-offs.
- Partner with UX/UI to validate wireframes, prototypes, and functional design against business intent.
B. Solution Design & Consulting
- Advise clients on business workflows, process optimisation, and where AI/automation can replace or augment manual steps (OCR, RPA, agents, data mapping, intelligent search).
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to validate solution feasibility and align functional design with technical constraints.
- Build the business → functional → technical mapping; keep it living, not a one-shot artefact.
- Support clients in shaping MVP scope, release roadmaps, and product KPIs that tie to measurable business value.
C. Delivery Support
- Work alongside the Project Manager / Delivery Lead on scope definition, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Decompose complex requirements into sprint-ready, well-sized backlog items.
- Support the Dev and QA team by clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases, and verifying delivered functionality against acceptance criteria.
- Plan and support UAT: scenarios, coordination with client testers, defect triage, sign-off.
D. Documentation
Produce and maintain high-quality, lightweight-but-sufficient artefacts:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
- User stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
- Process flows, use-case diagrams, data dictionary, ER diagrams.
- Non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance, scalability).
- UAT scenarios and traceability matrix.
E. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Proactively manage expectations, surface risks early, and escalate appropriately to the PM / Delivery Lead — never let issues drift.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and demo sessions in clear, professional English.
F. AI-Augmented Ways of Working
- Use AI tools natively in daily BA work: requirement structuring, document drafting, diagram generation, traceability checks, meeting summarisation, and competitive/domain research.
- Continuously refine prompts, templates, and reusable assets that lift productivity for the wider BA team.
- Coach junior BAs on AI-augmented workflows and contribute to D1’s BA playbook.
Requirements
A. Professional Experience
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in software development services or product delivery.
- Proven track record on at least 2–3 end-to-end projects of meaningful scope (not only maintenance or change requests).
- Experience working directly with international / English-speaking clients.
- Experience in multi-project environments or large accounts is strongly preferred.
B. Domain & Technical Understanding
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle: Agile / Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery.
- Working understanding of web and mobile architecture fundamentals.
- Comfortable with API and integration concepts (REST, webhooks, basic auth flows).
- Data modelling and workflow automation literacy.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, e-commerce platforms) is a plus.
C. Analytical & Methodology Skills
- Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, decomposition, and prioritisation (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE, value-vs-effort).
- Structured thinking and strong problem-solving instinct — able to reframe ambiguous client requests into clear problem statements.
- Fluent in BPMN and UML; comfortable producing user flow and sequence diagrams.
- Ability to translate business language into technical requirements without losing intent.
D. Tools
- Backlog & delivery: Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Documentation & collaboration: Confluence, Notion.
- Design & modelling: Figma, Miro, Draw.io / Lucidchart.
- Data & APIs: Basic SQL (read queries, joins), Postman for API verification.
- AI tools: Practical, daily use of AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent) for BA work.
E. Soft Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English – able to lead client meetings, negotiate scope, and produce client-facing documents independently.
- Strong stakeholder management: expectation setting, conflict resolution, diplomatic pushback.
- Clear presentation and documentation style — economical, structured, easy to consume.
- Ownership mindset: proactive, independent, accountable for outcomes — not just tasks completed.
F. Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience on AI/Automation projects (OCR, RPA, chatbot, intelligent document processing, data mapping, LLM-based features).
- Domain depth in manufacturing, fintech, retail, or logistics.
- Pre-sales experience: supporting solution proposals, scoping workshops, estimation for prospective clients.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Account BA.
- Familiarity with compliance contexts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2) is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Salary: Up to 50M
- Join a global team and work directly with many talents around the world.
- Working & growing with a passionate, young, and talented team.
- Premium Health Insurance TECHVIFY Care.
- 13 months’ salary per year.
