We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst whose greatest strengths are deep
business understanding, excellent communication and critical thinking. When a client says "I want X", you are the one who digs out the root problem behind it and walks them from "what they want" to "what they actually need".
You will be the bridge between clients, the project team in the Philippines and the technical team in Vietnam: eliciting and standardising requirements, designing solutions on Odoo ERP (and AI components), then guiding both teams to deliver. This is a client-facing role — English is used every day.
What you will do
Lead current-state discovery, stakeholder interviews, root-problem identification and solution scoping.
Model As-is/To-be processes: BPMN, use cases, user stories, user journeys, wireframes.
Prepare and govern BRDs, SRSs, functional specs, acceptance criteria and backlogs; keep requirements traceable end-to-end.
Run fit-gap on Odoo (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR…) — standard configuration before customisation.
Analyse data for decisions using SQL/advanced Excel/BI tools; operate under Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as the project requires.
Plan UAT, coordinate acceptance, and manage change at go-live (including user resistance).
