Perform functional testing, business flow testing, and user experience testing to identify defects and issues that may impact product quality.
Analyze requirements and design documents; create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Checklists for testing activities.
Perform testing on Web, Mobile, and API platforms to ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards.
Track, document, analyze, and report defects throughout the testing lifecycle; closely collaborate with BAs, Developers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Perform Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and support UAT when required.
Support users during product testing and propose improvement solutions to enhance user experience.
Participate in the software development lifecycle following the Agile/Scrum methodology.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Manual QA/QC Engineer, including experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing.
Experience working on projects in Banking, Finance, Investment, or Fintech.
Strong ability to create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios in a structured manner.
Proficiency in API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong business requirement analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to write SQL queries to check and verify backend data.
Experience working with CI/CD tools and understanding of automated testing processes.
Experience participating in at least 2 projects related to individual customer onboarding for financial products, such as eKYC, account opening, and product registration.
Knowledge of system security in the Banking & Financial Services domain is a plus.
