Gather, analyze, evaluate business requirements, and provide consulting solutions for business units, partners, and stakeholders within the bank.
Participate in the implementation of digital banking products and services, including Payment/Transfer, Card, Deposit, Lending, and other banking services for Retail and Corporate customers.
Conduct market and technology research, assess customer needs, and analyze competitor products to propose new ideas and enhance banking products and services.
Prepare business analysis documents, product specifications, user stories, and other related documentation.
Participate in product testing activities and evaluate service quality.
Monitor service quality, perform measurements and reporting, and propose continuous improvement plans.
Conduct end-user training and provide support during product/service implementation.
Prepare reports and project updates for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, software development professional, or in Banking, Financial Institutions, FinTech, IT companies, or other relevant positions.
Strong documentation skills with hands-on experience in preparing User Stories, Use Cases, SRS, and other business documents.
Good understanding of business processes and operations in banking, finance, or enterprise management domains.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
Understanding of software development processes and experience in software testing is an advantage.Knowledge of SQL and experience working with common database systems is preferred.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes, or prior experience in banking/financial projects, is highly preferred.
Experience in UI/UX design, prototyping, and mockup tools; knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
BA-related certifications are an advantage.
