Our Europe product team is looking for Senior/Technical Leader Backend Engineers:
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performing microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and integration within services.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliable and secure applications.
- Leverage public cloud platforms such as Azure for deploying and scaling applications.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and conducting regular code reviews.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English
- 7+ years of experience in Java development with a deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
- Strong coding ability — candidates will be assessed through a practical live coding test during the interview process
- Experience leading a small engineering team (2–3 members) or serving as a Technical Lead, including task delegation, code review, and driving technical decisions
- Proven track record of developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles.
- Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS/Azure), including management and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
