Skills bắt buộc
Our clients are startups in a race: an MVP in 30 days, one demo away from a funding round. We’re looking for a Technical PM to run that race and keep every piece on track.
We don’t act like vendors. We embed. Our teams sit inside startups backed by YC, Pear VC, BlingCap, a16z, and Techstars, working beside founders and engineers from Stanford, MIT, Yale, Google, Amazon, and Uber. Together we ship those MVPs and scale the systems behind them to millions of users and billions of requests.
This isn’t a ticket-pushing PM role. You are the person a US founder calls when they need the truth about their product. You own scope, timeline, quality, and the client relationship. The engineers build. You make sure the right thing ships, on time, and the client knows exactly where things stand. And the Technical in the title is real: you read the architecture, question the estimates, and hold your own in an engineering discussion.
70% of our portfolio is LLM-powered. You’ll scope AI features, plan around model risk, and use Cursor and Claude yourself to write specs and plans faster.
Not every environment fits everyone, so here’s an honest picture of the teammate we’re looking for.
You’ll thrive here if:
You own the outcome: scope, timeline, quality, and the relationship.
You’re technical enough that engineers can’t hand-wave you, and clear enough that founders never feel lost.
You can tell a founder no, with a reason and a plan.
You wear many hats without being asked: PM today, BA tomorrow, QA on release day.
You step into an at-risk project and bring it back to green.
Some weeks will stretch you. That’s the job. But you’ll never carry it alone. A critical client release or a hard founder conversation? The team is right there with you. We push each other hard because we care how far each of us can go. We win together. We lose together. Nobody gets left behind.
One last thing. We’re not filling seats. We’re looking for teammates for the battles ahead. If you read all this and something in you said yes, trust that feeling and apply. We respect people who back themselves. Every Spartan here started with that same yes.
Own delivery of client engagements end to end: scope, estimate, timeline, quality.
Be the daily voice to US startup founders. Run async standups, write sharp status updates, deliver bad news early and with a plan.
Turn vague founder ideas into PRDs and RFCs the team can ship in 30 days.
Scope AI features with clear eyes: what the model can do today, what needs a spike, and how to demo it honestly.
Plan AI work differently: prototype first, define evals early, budget for iteration.
Read the tech. Challenge estimates. Discuss architecture trade-offs with your Team Lead, then explain them to the founder in business language.
Track project health (Green / Yellow / Red), raise risks before they blow up, escalate with options, not problems.
Run the delivery process: sprints, code review SLAs, release plans, demos.
Support pre-sales: feasibility checks and estimates for new deals.
Wear whatever hat the project needs to win.
Fluent English, spoken and written. You talk to US founders every day.
An engineering background. You’ve written production code, or worked close enough to it that a padded estimate can’t get past you.
3+ years running software delivery at an agency, consulting firm, or startup. That means you owned the projects, not just attended the standups.
You’ve told a client something they didn’t want to hear, and kept the contract.
You can persuade a non-technical founder to invest two sprints in tech debt, in their language, not jargon.
You work AI-native: Cursor, Claude, Codex. You use AI to plan, write, and move faster.
An owner’s mindset. You own outcomes, not tickets.
Experience shipping LLM-powered products.
Experience with US or other Western clients.
Hands-on backend or frontend experience you can still use in a pinch.
Notion · Slack · Linear · Jira · GitHub · Figma Cursor · Claude · Codex
Work directly with founders from YC, Stanford, MIT, Yale, Google, Amazon, Uber, and more.
Exposure to how AI products get scoped, built, and launched across many startup domains.
Transparent career path and mentorship from engineers who’ve taken 3 companies to IPO.
Every project feels like its own mini-startup.
50+ MVPs launched, 3 IPOs, $100M+ raised by the startups we build with.
95% engineer retention. People stay because the work is worth staying for.
You take products zero to one. From a founder’s idea to a live launch in weeks. Most PMs get that chance once in a career. Here it’s the job.
Your work is visible. The product you run this month is in a founder’s investor demo next month.
No layers, no bureaucracy. You talk to the decision-maker directly, and decisions land in hours, not weeks.
Every project is a new market, a new team, a new problem. One year here teaches what three years elsewhere would.
You’ll never just take tickets. You’ll own problems, ship fast, and grow with the founders we partner with.
