Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and manage end-to-end implementation.
Lead projects related to automation, such as Auto Sorting Machines, Robotics, Fulfillment center automation (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) and research new sorting technologies for deployment.
Track project metrics, progress, and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor potential risks, issues, and opportunities to support effective decision-making.
Analyze data and forecasts to identify bottlenecks and develop long-term optimization solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on changes and project plans.
Plan and manage resources effectively, ensuring availability and optimal utilization.
Develop a deep understanding of operational insights and pain points to propose practical and scalable automation solutions aligned with business needs.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in PMO or technical project roles.
Experience with automation machinery or infrastructure projects; knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
Exposure experience in ASRS, AGV is a plus
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills for problem resolution.
Proficient in English, Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage tasks with varying priorities.
Adaptable and responsive to dynamic changes during project implementation.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site assessments and project coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams..
