Oversee assigned enterprise accounts, coordinate project delivery with technical teams, manage AWS partner/funding programs, and drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities.

1. Customer Success & Account Management

• Manage assigned customer accounts, maintain regular communication and act as a key point of contact for customer-related matters.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service adoption and account health, proactively identifying customer needs, risks and opportunities.

1. Project & Service Support

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery and technical teams to track project progress, key milestones, customer requirements and deliverables.
• Support customer communication, follow up on action items and ensure project issues or risks are properly addressed and escalated when required.

1. Contract & Renewal Management

• Monitor contract status, expiration dates and renewal requirements, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely renewals, amendments and contract closures.
• Maintain accurate contract, pricing, payment terms and customer information in internal systems.

1. Commercial & AWS Program Support

• Support AWS funding, partner programs, claims and related documentation, ensuring submissions and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.

1. Customer Engagement & Account Growth

• Coordinate customer engagement activities including meetings, events, workshops, POCs and partner programs, and work with Marketing to support relevant customer communications.
• Identify potential renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales/AM and Solution Architects to develop suitable solutions.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Sales/AM, Solution Architects, Delivery, Technical Support, Finance, Marketing and AWS Partner teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and account data, track key activities and prepare regular updates on customer health, projects, renewals, risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Memberships

• Good understanding of B2B commercial processes (contracts, renewals, billing, account management).

• Basic knowledge or experience with AWS/Cloud services (AWS Partner or funding program experience is a strong plus).

• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).

Experience

• 3–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Background in B2B Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology industries preferred.

• Track record of coordinating multi-team projects, tracking milestones, and escalating risks.

Personal Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Excellent relationship management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• Proactive mindset to identify customer risks, account health issues, and growth opportunities.
