We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team and help customers design and implement enterprise-grade solutions. You will focus on delivering projects end-to-end, working with customers post-sale to implement, migrate, and optimize their workloads on AWS. Your expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise migrations, disaster recovery, high availability, and security will drive successful customer outcomes and support business growth.

1. Project Delivery:
   • Lead technical implementation, manage workload delivery, and coordinate with project teams and customers during execution.
2. Solution Design, Implementation & Build:
   • Design robust, scalable architectures that incorporate high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and security best practices.
   • Implement architectures hands-on, write IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), configure services, and ensure production-readiness
3. Technical Leadership:
   • Provide expert guidance on designing cloud environments, ensuring HA through multi-AZ and multi-region deployments, and security
   • Troubleshooting production issues, conducting architecture reviews during implementation, ensuring quality standards.
4. Security & Compliance:
   • Advise on network security (e.g., VPC design, NACLs, WAF), data encryption (at rest and in transit), and identity management (IAM, SSO).
   • Ensure solutions comply with customer-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
5. Delivery Execution:
   • Work with engineering teams to define solutions and customer deliverables.
   • Lead migration/modernization execution, manage technical risks, ensure on-time delivery, and conduct handover to customer operations teams.
6. Migration Expertise:
   • Perform environment assessments and create detailed migration blueprints.
   • Actually perform migrations, manage cutover plans, conduct testing, and handle rollback scenarios.
7. Training and Enablement:
   • Enable internal teams on solution design principles and the value of new technologies.
   • Post-implementation documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer to customers’ internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Memberships

• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional required); Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP) are a plus.

• Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery of AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM), migration tools (AWS DMS, DRS), and HA/DR frameworks.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation: Strong hands-on experience writing IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python, Bash).

• Security & Compliance: Deep knowledge of VPC networking, NACLs, WAF, data encryption, IAM/SSO, and regulatory compliance.

• Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS observability tools, AWS Well-Architected Reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Implementation/Delivery, or Technical Consulting.

• Proven track record of executing hands-on migrations, cutover plans, testing, and rollback scenarios for enterprise applications on AWS.

• Experience managing technical workstreams and delivering post-sale cloud projects directly for enterprise customers.

• Excellent project delivery and technical workstream management skills to drive projects to completion on schedule.

• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate closely with customer operations teams during execution, testing, and handovers.

• Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under dynamic, production-level conditions.
