Introduction

In Japan, RAKSUL already has more than JPY 50 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) and a strong customer base, and is also looking to expand business opportunities in the banking and payments domain. The MVP for RAKSUL Bank as a challenger bank was completed by the end of 2025, and we aim to deliver a top-tier service offering that will support corporate services in Japan going forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate the mobile app, driving projects forward with strong ownership.
- Identify and address technical challenges across the mobile app and integrated web frontend.
- Design and implement complex UI flows and business screens to maximize UX/UI quality.
- Build and maintain tests, including E2E tests, and define the test strategy.
Your skills and experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience developing and releasing mobile apps with Flutter/Dart.
- Hands-on experience building web apps with a frontend framework (React, Vue.js, etc.), integrating into mobile application.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript in web development.
- Experience developing with test frameworks at different granularity level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and operating E2E test frameworks.
- Experience implementing mobile native features such as push notifications.
- Experience building and working with AI-native development workflows and processes (how, when and where to use AI-tools to improve development efficiency as well as product quality).
- Experience building and maintaining a design system.
