Job description
We're looking for a UX Researcher to help our teams build a deeper understanding of real user needs, behaviors, and expectations across our products. You'll plan and run hands-on studies—mostly qualitative—and turn what you learn into clear, evidence-based findings that product and design teams can act on.
This is a role for someone early in their research career who is strong on craft: designing solid studies, executing them well, and communicating findings clearly. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and more senior researchers, who will partner with you on scoping, prioritization, and connecting insights to product decisions.
Key responsibilities
Plan and conduct research
- Design and run qualitative studies end-to-end: user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Support quantitative and mixed-method studies alongside more senior researchers
- Recruit participants, prepare research materials, and manage study logistics
- Choose appropriate methods for the question at hand, with guidance on ambiguous or higher-stakes calls
Translate insights into action
- Synthesize research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and problem statements.
- Produce concise, readable outputs: summaries, key findings, and supporting evidence.
- Help connect findings to product and design questions, with support from senior researchers
Collaborate cross-functionally
- Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand research needs
- Advocate for the user and share findings in a clear, accessible way
- Help make user insights visible across the team
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of research experience, preferably in research agencies or product teams
- Strong hands-on experience with qualitative research design and execution
- Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Clear, evidence-based written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple products or problem spaces
- Familiarity with analytics or survey tools
- Experience in privacy, security, or trust-sensitive products
- Exposure to multi-market or cross-cultural research
- Comfort adapting AI tools into research workflows (e.g. synthesis, transcription, survey analysis)
